Four Very Important Facts to Remember:

2. There are no cancellation fees associated if you close your account, funds will be returned in approximately 60 days pending claim review.
3. There is a One-Time processing fee for all Cash Payment Accounts. The only Annual Renewal Fee is for Plan 9, and it reduces each year until you reach $550.00 and Plan 2, Letter Of Credit remains at $550 annually.
4. Claim Inquiries are processed free so there are no Claim Fees.  We have a Zero Tolerance for claims, and assure that all carriers are paid.  We contact Brokers immediately upon receipt of claim inquiries. If they do not respond in (48) hours their authority is suspended until the problem is reconciled.  Load boards and shippers will be notified to minimize claim activity.
