You receive the Annual Renewal fee waived providing there are no valid claims (a claim is made when freight bills are not paid). All cash payment plan, one time setup fee, no annual renewal fee contingent upon valid claims timely payments. PLAN 2: *** Irrevocable Letter of Credit: Issued by bank in favor of Transport Financial Services, LLC. Any claims may be referred to the bank for collection. We maintain and protect you from frivolous claims, and monitor all claims for validity. Admin fee for the letter, $550.00 PLAN 3: *** Pay $3,000.00 plus an admin fee $550.00 for set up. Pay $3,500.00 quarterly until fully paid. All cash payment plan, one time setup fee, no annual renewal fee contingent upon valid claims timely payments. PLAN 4: *** Pay $2,500.00 plus an admin fee $550.00 for set up. Pay quarterly payments of $2,500.00. All cash payment plan, one time setup fee, no annual renewal fee contingent upon valid claims timely payments. PLAN 5: *** Pay $1,000.00 plus an admin fee of $550.00 for set up, and pay monthly payments of $1,000.00 until fully paid. All cash payment plan, one time setup fee, no annual renewal fee contingent upon valid claims timely payments. PLAN 6: *** Pay $1,000.00 plus an admin fee of $550.00 for set up, and pay monthly payments of $600.00 for fifteen (15) months. All cash payment plan, one time setup fee, no annual renewal fee contingent upon valid claims timely payments. PLAN 7: *** Pay $1,000.00 plus an admin fee of $550.00 for set up, and monthly payments of $500.00 for nineteen (18) months. All cash payment plan, one time setup fee, no annual renewal fee contingent upon valid claims timely payments. PLAN 8: *** Pay $200.00 for first month plus an admin fee of $800.00 for set up, and monthly payments of $200.00 for Forty-nine (49) months. All cash payment plan, one time setup fee, no annual renewal fee contingent upon valid claims timely payments. PLAN 9: *** Pay a total of $900.00 for the year with no monthly payments. If there are no claims for the year, the annual administration fee for the following year will be reduced to $800.00.
